Company History

Velocity Central was originally founded in the UK as GServe Ltd in 2005. GServe Ltd catered for local individuals and businesses seeking a hosting solution for their website. Over the next few years, GServe grew to a national scale, attracting clients from all across the UK. In 2010, the CEO and Founder of GServe (James Grunshaw) moved over-seas to live in the United States with his family. To better serve the international demand, GServe was re-branded as Velocity Central.

The Man behind Velocity

James Grunshaw was born and raised in England in the mid 80s. Technology is his way of life. From a very early age, James always wanted to be a radio DJ. He setup several college radio stations at several schools and colleges he attended. In 2003, James graduated from a college in Blackpool, England in Computer Networking. James had already begun his hosting career in 2001, creating and maintaining several small websites for friends and family. From 2003 - 2005, James continued his hosting business. In 2005, James formed GServe Ltd and made his hosting business official. Later that year, James met his wife, and American from Texas. In mid 2006, they married and late 2006 had their first child together. They lived in the UK through 2010, when they decided to move back to Texas to be with his wife's family. GServe was regrettably sold and they moved late 2010. Throughout 2011, James continued to host some of his loyal clients left over from GServe Ltd. He collected enough capital to form Velocity Central in mid February 2012. In March of 2012, a new addition to the family was born, a baby boy. While James is very much a technically minded person, he also is a big Family man. He loves to spend time with his family and has many hobbies, from running the sound board at his local church on a Sunday, to swimming, biking and socializing. James has made it his mission to find the best Burger joint in his local county in Texas.

The Future

Velocity Central is set for a bright future. With such a rich past and highly experienced CEO, Velocity Central will thrive in this tightly over populated industry. In such a short space of time, Velocity Central has already rolled out new product lines and is working on many more exciting projects to come in the next months and years
